For guests
- Search by destination, dates and number of guests. Prices show the full total before you confirm.
- Book instantly or send a request to the host, who replies within 24 hours.
- Add the host's experiences and services to the same booking and pay for everything together.
- Chat with the host on the platform, get check-in instructions and review your stay at the end.
For hosts
- Create your listing and set prices, calendar, house rules and cancellation policy.
- Invite co-hosts to help and split payouts automatically.
- Get paid 1 day(s) after check-in: the money goes to your balance and you withdraw it in your own currency via Pix, IBAN, US bank account or a bank account in another country.
What it costs
- Guests pay no service fee: they pay exactly the price set by the host or provider.
- Stay hosts pay 12% of the amount they receive.
- Experiences and services pay 12%.
