Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe to PCI security standards. agiltrip never stores your card details.
For guests
- We accept credit and debit cards from the major networks.
- You're charged when the booking is confirmed (or when the host accepts, for requests).
- A receipt is available for every trip, ready to print or save as PDF.
- You can pay in your preferred currency. When it differs from the listing's currency, we convert at the day's exchange rate with a 3% currency margin, already included in the total shown before payment.
For hosts and co-hosts
- In Earnings, add how you want to get paid (Pix, IBAN, US bank account or bank account in another country) and your withdrawal currency.
- Earnings from domestic guests become available within 2 days after check-in (or the service date), and earnings from international guests within 32 days. Request a withdrawal whenever you like and our team sends the money to your account.
- Co-hosts receive their agreed share directly; co-host shares can total up to 50% per listing.
- Penalties and damage reimbursements are deducted automatically from future payouts.
Fees
- Guest: no service fee.
- Stay host: 12%.
- Experiences and services: 12%.
- Partner resale: commission set by the offer owner, up to 40%.
- Currency exchange: 3% currency margin on the day's exchange rate, only when you pay or withdraw in a different currency.
